The 4th International Conference on Regional Development 2019
Peer Review Process
All manuscripts submitted in International Conference on Regional Development (ICRD) Proceedings will be peer reviewed by blind reviewer. The manuscript will be made anonym both for the reviewer and the authors(s). The final decision is determined by the agreement between the editorial board and the reviewer.
Plagiarism is strictly prohibited in ICRD Proceedings. Plagiarism screening in this journal is completed through Turnitin and Google search.
Publication Frequency
ICRD is held every 3 years. The first ICRD was held on 9-10 November 2010 with the main theme "Vulnerability, Resilience, and Sustainability". The second ICRD was held on November 20-21, 2013 with the main theme "Sustainable Development: Conceptual Progress and Practical Challenges." The third ICRD was held on 9-11 November 2016 with the main theme "Enhancing Resilience: Bridging Knowledge and Policy for Cities and Regions” and the fourth ICRD was held on 6-7 August 2019 with the main theme "Rural Development in Urban Age: Do Rural-Urban Linkages Matter?"
Open Access Policy
This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
All articles published Open Access will be immediately and permanently free for everyone to read and download.
Publication Charge
There is no submission and processing fee applied in International Conference on Regional Development Proceeding.
