WHO reports that more than 40% of the world's population is at risk for DHF and an estimated 50 million per year is estimated to be newly infected. Central Java Province is one of the endemic areas of DHF in Indonesia. DHF data issued by the Central Java Provincial Health Office in 2016 amounted to 43.4 / 100,000. Grobogan Regency in Central Java Province is an endemic area for Dengue Fever. Dengue Fever Patients are dominated by the age of children. In the last count, the number of DHF sufferers reached 627. Although DHF sufferers increased, but the mortality rate increased. This study aims to increase public knowledge about the breeding of mosquitoes that cause DHF and how to control them. The dedication method is done by counseling or disseminating information on the debate and handling of dengue fever (DHF). The targets of this program are PKK cadres, representatives of mothers, households and community leaders in the Village of Lebak, Grobogan District, Grobogan Regency, which also gathered 75 people. The number of participants who attended the program was 60 people. The instrument used was the leaflet handling and handling of DHF.
