	abstract = {Nyatnyono Village is one of the Villages / Subdistricts in the West Ungaran district, district Semarang, where fields are planted with various types of plants, including yams. Potential of yam yam plant in Nyatnyono Village is quite large considering that the available fields are quite wide 27% of productive land. Therefore, in Nyatnyono Village, there is a production center for yummychips with 10 craftsmen. whereas the yam chips produced are still in the form of semi-finished goods. The goals agreed with the partners prioritized include: the problem of quantity / capacity of products that are still low and quality still needs to be improved in terms of size and taste in packaged goods ready for consumption as well as the formation of a group of yummy craftsmen. Yummy chips craftsmen UKM. The target to be achieved is the production capacity of the products and the quality of production in the processing of the products in the taste, size and shape of the chips. The method used to solve the problem is by analyzing the identification and initial evaluation of target SMEs, designing various equipment, making, demonstrating and applying various equipment, introducing and training, mentoring and monitoring SME partners. The stages that have been carried out in the PKM program are: chopper machine design, oven drying machine, chopper making machine, drying machine and procurement of manual packaging machine (hand sealer). The next activity is the process of testing the machine in the workshop and testing the production at PKM partner craftsmen to find out the production process, and the quality of the products. Furthermore, giving a variety of flavors with 4 flavors and design and manufacture of packaging. The above activities are carried out jointly between the PKM implementing team and partners. The selling price of yam chips in craftsmen is 8,000 rupiahs, so there is a profit value of 18.75%. of the sale value.
