Instrumen “Perceive Stress Scale” Online. Suatu Alternatif Alat Pengukur Tingkat Stress Secara Mudah Dan Cepat

Abstrak

Stress adalah gangguan mental yang dihadapi seseorang  karena kegagalan individu dalam memenuhi kebutuhan atau keinginannya sehingga mengakibatkan tekanan. Tekanan tersebut berdampak pada masalah kesehatan mental maupun fisik yang berdampak pada produktivitas kerja seseorang.. Perceive Stress Scale (PSS) merupakan salah satu instrumen berupa kuesioner untuk mengetahui tingkat stress seseorang secara psikologis. Dengan didukung teknologi informasi sangat memungkinkan dilakukan screening tingkat stress. Tujuan mengembangkan instrumen penilaian tingkat stress secara online. Bahan dan Alat yang digunakan adalah formulir standar PSS yang sudah diterjemahkan ke dalam bahasa Indonesia dan  aplikasi google formulir,internet. Sebagai hasil kegiatan adalah tersedianya instrument pengukuran tingkat stress secara online yang dapat digunakan untuk pengukuran tingkat stress secara individu maupun masyarakat. Disimpulkan bahwa instrumen mudah digunakan dan dapat menyediakan basis data  tingkat  stress seseorang secara cepat dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi.

Abstract 

Stress is a mental disorder that a person faced caused by individual failure from fulfilling their needs or desires and turned out as a pressure. The pressure has an impact on person's mental and physical health problems that have an impact on person's productivity af work. Perceived Stress Scale (PSS) is an instrument in a questionare form to determine and scale a person's stress level. With the support of information technology, it is very possible to do some stress' screening test, which is to measure the stress level of a person. The aim or target of developing an online stress level instrument.The equipment and tools used to measure in here are PSS standard forms that have been translated into Indonesian and Google Form applications, internet.The Result   result of the activity is availability of the instrument that can be used for measure stress' level individually or community

Results: the instrument is easy to use and can provide a database of a person's stress level quickly.
