The availability of teaching materials is one of the essential factors in teaching and learning activities. Teaching materials can be used to help students understand the content provided by the teacher in the classroom. However, not always the teaching materials available have an attractive value for students to learn. The persistence effort is needed to make teaching materials that interest students. One of them is through the utilization of the development of information technology by developing techniques for making video-based teaching materials using the Android Kinemaster application. The method used is through the training of making learning videos for teachers in Yunior High School of Karimunjawa. Based on the natural potential and biodiversity of the beautiful sea is the main attraction for combining natural beauty and school subject matter into an attractive. Furthermore,   teaching materials must easy-to-download for students to use devices in the form of smartphones through the YouTube channel so that teaching materials made can be accessed online and realtime. The results of this activity are the teachers have skills in creating teaching materials that are interesting, lightweight and easily understood by students.
